From soil to bottle
Every summer, we harvest local potatoes, selected for their taste, even when they are ātoo smallā for the industry. With us, nothing is wasted, everything is recycled.

GENTLE PREPARATION
We wash and peel our potatoes, then cook and ferment them slowly to preserve their aromas.
This long process gives Recolt vodka its characteristic smoothness and roundness.
DOUBLE DISTILLATION
Two passes through our distillation column result in 96% vol. alcohol, pure but with a fine, delicate expression of terroir. The distillate is then slowly reduced to 40% vol. with pure water, to reveal all the sweetness of the raw material.

For gin : We redistill our vodka, which is enriched by the presence of aromatics and gently captures essential oils without overheating. The result? A gin of remarkable freshness and finesse, without heaviness.

Handcrafted Potato Vodka
A true, rooted, and generous vodka.
Distilled from small-sized local potatoes often overlooked by the industry, this vodka reflects rigorous craftsmanship and down-to-earth values. A raw ingredient carefully transformed in our family distillery in Auchel, resulting in a vodka with a smooth, round, and sincere character.
The distillation takes place in two stages: a slow initial distillation that preserves delicate vegetal aromas, followed by a second distillation up to 96Ā° to achieve perfect purity. The spirit is then slowly diluted with pure water to reveal the full softness and naturally silky texture of the potato.
Nose :
Subtle and fresh, opening with delicate vegetal notes. A discreet yet elegant nose, evoking purity.
Palate :
Round and silky. The entry is soft, almost creamy. The raw material expresses itself with great fluidity, without excessive warmth. Herbal, fresh, and natural notes carry through to a clean, perfectly balanced finish.

Distilled from our own potato vodka, RECOLT Gin is elevated by a gentle extraction of elderflower and hop blossom aromas, preserving the full freshness and botanical complexity.
Nose :
Direct and balanced. Juniper leads clearly, without aggressiveness. Floral and green notes follow with subtlety: hop flower and elderflower add freshness and elegance.
Palate :
The entry is smooth, carried by a silky potato base. The aromatic expression begins with noticeable but balanced juniper, followed by fresh green notes and a light, slightly spicy, invigorating finish.
